Award winning Tullamore firm's CEO addresses Construction Summit

BRIDGESTOCK CEO Michael Gillen was a guest speaker at the 2017 National Construction Summit in the RDS last week.

Bridgestock are the proud holders of the EIQA’s prestigious National Quality Management Systems Award (QMark) and Michael was invited to the summit to share some of the ingredients of Bridgestock’s success in being crowned All Ireland Winners.

In his address, Michael outlined how Bridgestock has adopted a simple but effective approach to Quality Management Systems that involves three basic steps all wrapped within a culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement: Setting Direction, Staff Engagement and Strategy Execution

This overall approach to managing its business has bought Bridgestock from just being another SME to being the reigning National Quality Management System Award winners and Michael’s address appealed to a wide audience at the summit.
