IBAL results a huge achievement for Tullamore

Tullamore and District of Commerce President, Anne Starling said Tullamore achieving the top place in the Irish Business Against Litter league was "a huge achievement for the town."

"It just shows the results which can be achieved when everyone works together for the good of Tullamore," she stressed praising the role of the County Council, Tidy Towns, Team Tullamore and the Chamber.

She paid particular tribute to retired Town Engineer Paul Devaney whom she said had invested so much in ensuring Tullamore's success in the scheme.
